Shipping policy
Processing and Shipping Times:
Current lead time for custom orders, graphic tees, and sweatshirts is 3-4 business days, as items are hand made and made to order. 6-8 weeks for our hand made heirloom dolls, unless otherwise specified on the listing. Non custom orders/all other items will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1-2 business days. Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving item from manufacturer. ETA dates are indicated on each individual product post as times vary by vendor and product.
+ an additional 3-5 business days for shipping depending on location, holiday, and of-course weather. Shipping times start once the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier.

All products sold in our store are shipped directly from North Hollywood, CA through USPS or UPS. NO DROP SHIPPING! Any delivery dates provided by LA Wave Co. are estimates. Ship dates are always subject to change/ further delays due to natural disasters, holidays, closures due to pandemic, or situations out of our control basically, as discerned by our government and our couriers. Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us so we strive to meet the estimated shipping times as closely as possible. We will send you an email once your order has shipped. If expedited shipping is desired, please email your request to info@lawaveco.com. In most cases, expedited shipping will not be available/ possible; however, we are more than happy to check into.
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation, sent via email. Please make certain to ship to a secure location and double check the address you enter! La Wave Co. will not be responsible for lost packages or packages shipped to wrong address due to invalid address entry at checkout.
